Mt. Powell Christion School provides high-quality education, Bible memorizing and discipleship needed to succeed. To strive and give our best in all areas of learning and understanding. To give all the honor and Glory to the Lord Jesus Christ in all things. To make God the foundation of our education, our home and our lives. To be respectful, diligent, content, and productive citizens in our community. Most of all to set goals and visions that will please the Lord and honor Him.
About Us
During the Pandemic, with the help of God and other believers in Christ and lots of praying, we got the Christian School up and running.
Tatiana Saunders and Louann Booher both work in the school.
They are the teachers, counselors, cooks, and supervisors.
Tatiana teaches preschool to 5th grade and Louann teaches 6th grade to 12th grade.Â
We had our first senior, Tyra Booher, who graduated in May 2022.Â
We currently have 17 students enrolled. We also currently have a girls and boys basketball team and coach Paul Booher. Praise the Lord!Â
It's something else to see our school growing and have a basketball team

Enrollment
Providing a quality Christian based education for Pre-K to 12th grade.
The school also participates in sports including basketball and volleyball. We plan to expand into other extracurricular activities.
